The flagship wine of the Azienda Agricola Poggio Petroso. Made of Prugnolo Gentile and Brunello Grosso Sangiovese clones, this wine reflects what Central Italy is famous for, with a quality on par with products from Italy’s highest DOCG classifications.

Medium Ruby with pronounced aromas of wild cherries, black plums, and dried figs. Herbal and gamey flavours, spicy notes from the aging in French oak add complexity to this wonderful wine. The firm, ripe tannins and refreshing acidity give a long and complex finish.
